Manipulators

Column and Boom Manipulators are designed to work independently or in conjunction with rotating and/or positioning equipment to locate and position the Automatic Welding Head in the correct orientation over the work-piece to achieve the necessary down hand weld. They can also be used in conjunction with Cutting Machines Installation, Semi-Automatic Welding Installations and for supporting Grinding Heads.

Column and Boom Manipulators allow the use of fully automated production techniques which increases quality, and reduces production time and operator fatigue.
